When can I expect my Dip Order?
Generally orders ship within 2-3 days. All dip orders and dip chillers are sent USPS.
When can I expect my Dip Chiller?
All dip chillers are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you are needing a dip chiller sooner, please call or email me and you can ask what dip chillers are ready and made and can be shipped immediately. All dip orders and dip chillers are sent USPS.
Can I ship to another address for a gift?
Yes, you can fill in the address and I will ship to that address. If you have further questions about gift shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Can I purchase locally?
Yes, we are located at the Mesa Marketplace Swap Meet Friday through Sunday from 8am to 4pm . My booth is at the north end of row D space 206-208. You can also visit me at local craft shows....craft show listing to come. We also sell a multitude of other items at our booth like Butter Crocks, Magnets, Kitchen Caddies, and Mugs. Come visit us and shop!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada.....anywhere else, please contact us for shipping costs.
Are your dips gluten free?
Yes, all dips are gluten free except Bubba's Bacon Horseradish.
Can I substitute the Miracle Whip or sour cream?
I would not suggest substituting Miracle Whip since it's too sweet and it will alter the flavor. Lots of my customers will substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and they love the taste.
What if I ordered the wrong dip?
All sales are final due to the nature of the product being food items, therefore we cannot take back dip mixes.
What if I want a different design of chiller not listed?
Please contact us for what you are looking for and we will gladly help you out.
